DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

DELIVERY

UK

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail as follows:

Non-Precious items (Acrylic/Aluminium) – 1st Class Delivery

Precious Metal Items/Orders over £50 – Royal Mail Special Delivery

​We strive to post all items in stock within 2 working days, items made to order can take up to two weeks, please contact us at paisleypins@gmail.com if your item is needed before this and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Rest of World

If you are ordering for delivery outside of the UK, items will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked within 2 working days of payment being received. Delivery times will depend on destination.

Any import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Packaging

All acrylic pins, earrings and aluminium pins are mounted on a Paisley Pins card. All other items come in a Paisley Pins branded gift box, pictured on products.

 

RETURNS

We hope all our customers are delighted with their Paisley Pins purchase, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with goods purchased online at paisleypins.com we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that you notify us by email at paisleypins@gmail.com within 14 calendar days from date of receipt of the item.

Goods should be returned to us in their original condition, with the original packaging and sales receipt including a reason for return and must be received by Paisley Pins within 21 days from date of receipt of goods.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect.  If this should occur please contact us.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery, therefore we recommend an insured and track mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.

 

Exemptions

We are sorry but we cannot offer exchange or refunds if your item is a custom order or personalised. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they are faulty.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
