Get into the festive spirit and make your own star earrings perfect for adding the finishing touches to glam Christmas nights out, it's up to you if you would prefer to make drop earrings or studs.

You can also decide on the day if you’d like to make them extra special by finishing them with a tiny 9ct gold ball in the centre (extra charge of £10 on the day).

You will be guided through how to saw piece out shapes from metal, texture & solder silver using various tools, hammers, and a handheld blowtorch. You’ll have a chance to try out different textures to apply to your finished earrings before giving them a polish ready to be worn home.

The class will be taken by myself (Laura) & will be held upstairs in our jewellery studio. All materials and tools are provided along with plenty of tea, coffee & biscuits. This class is suitable for complete beginners over the ages of 18. Maximum class size is 6.

The class is approx 3hrs long.

Please note:
A minimum number of 4 participants is required to run this class, if this isn’t met the class may be cancelled a few days before its due to take place, if this happens you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to book a different date.

Classes are held in The Workshop, 23 Gordon Street, Paisley PA1 1XD.

The Workshop is a shared studio space in an annex building of the old fire station only a few minutes walk from Paisley town center and both Gilmour Street and Canal Street train stations.

Whislt we don't have any parking we are across the road from Orcahrd Street car park (look across the road to see our brigth blue doors!) as well as car parks on Bridge Street and at the Watermill Hotel.

Health & Saftey

Making jewellery is great fun, but it is also messy & most classes will involve the use of tools and equipment you might never have used before, including hand held gass torches.

As a general rule all participants must wear enclosed toe shoes and keep long hair tied back.
